Day two of a big job — finishing clean

This was a large, multi-day grind in Amherst. On the second (and last) day we wrapped the last stumps, raked everything tight, and left the beds ready for replanting. The homeowner was incredibly kind — they even bought me a cup of coffee. Little things like that make a long day feel short. Overall it was a great finish: open ground, mulch where it belongs, and a clear path for whatever they plant next.

Standard grind is 6–8 inches below grade with professional cleanup. If you're renovating the spot with topsoil later, factor that into the conversation when we quote — chips stay raked into the hole by default.
